Ms. Shalini Anna is our Early Years Coordinator at MLSI. With 16 years in education, a Master’s in Education and Early Childhood, IB certifications, and Reggio Emilia training in Italy, her journey has been shaped by the many children who have offered her a new lens through which to experience the world - one filled with curiosity, possibility and wonder.
At MLSI, she nurtures an environment where intellectual curiosity meets a compassionate heart. Through play, relationships and meaningful experiences, children explore, experiment and grow with confidence.
Guided by the belief that children thrive when they feel secure, valued and heard, she places empathy, relationships and meaningful connections at the heart of the Early Years experience. She believes education is a shared journey between children, families and educators.
Her philosophy rests on one belief: we are not just teaching children - we are shaping the individuals they will become. Theirs will be a world of intricate choices, and they will need the courage to challenge, the imagination to reinvent, and the heart to shape what comes next.
