Where Academic Knowledge Meets Real-World Skills

The IB Career-related Programme (CP) is a unique educational framework designed for students aged 16–19 who wish to engage in academic learning while gaining practical skills and real-world experience. By combining at least two IB Diploma Programme (DP) subjects with career-related studies and a strong core framework, the CP offers a flexible and holistic learning model that prepares students for higher education, apprenticeships, or direct entry into the workforce.

The CP core, comprising reflective projects, personal and professional skills, language and cultural studies, and community engagement, encourages students to become ethical, reflective, and global-minded individuals. Through this integrated approach, students explore real-life challenges, engage with local and global communities, and build transferable skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and ethical decision-making.

Career-related studies offer hands-on, industry-relevant experience, bridging the gap between theory and practical application. The CP cultivates learners who are adaptable, self-directed, and equipped to succeed in a rapidly evolving, interconnected world.
